Demokrasi ve E\u011fitim Stratejik Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Merkezi (DESAM) T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n kitap okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 masaya yat\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018T\u00fcrk Halk\u0131n\u0131n Kitapla \u0130mtihan\u0131\u2019 adl\u0131 raporuna g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada en fazla kitap okuyan \u00fclkelerin ba\u015f\u0131nda, % 21 ile Fransa ve \u0130ngiltere yer al\u0131rken ard\u0131ndan % 14 ile Japonya gelmektedir. \u00dclkemiz ise % 0,1\u2019lik kitap okuma oran\u0131yla 86. s\u0131rada yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu durum g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclkemizde kitap okumay\u0131 te\u015fvik edici projelerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir durumdur. Asr\u0131n Katipleri Yaz\u0131yor! Projesinin temelinde de \u00fclkemizin kitap okuma oran\u0131nda geride olmas\u0131 yatmaktad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAsr\u0131n Katipleri Yaz\u0131yor!\u201d projesinin genel i\u00e7eri\u011fini inceledi\u011fimizde \u201cFatih Projesi\u201d ile \u00fclkemiz e\u011fitim sisteminde geli\u015fen genel a\u011f hizmetlerini kullanarak \u00f6\u011frencileri edebi metin okuma ve yazmaya te\u015fvik etmeye ve gelece\u011fin yazarlar\u0131n\u0131 ke\u015ffetmeye y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. \u00d6zellikle \u201cYazarl\u0131k ve Yazma Becerileri\u201d dersi \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131nda yer alan ama\u00e7lar\u0131n t\u00fcm ortaokul \u00f6\u011frencilerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla daha i\u015flevsel bir halde yerine getirilebilmesi projenin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 ve gerek\u00e7esini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u201cYazarl\u0131k ve Yazma Becerileri\u201d \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131nda ge\u00e7en <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(MEB Yazarl\u0131k ve Yazma Becerileri \u00d6\u011fretim Program\u0131 Sayfa 12)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yay\u0131nlama k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan sunum ve payla\u015f\u0131m alanlar\u0131na alternatif olu\u015fturacak yeni bir platformun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, \u201cAsr\u0131n Katipleri Yaz\u0131yor!\u201d projesinin gereklili\u011fini ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan bir di\u011fer unsurdur.
